Wake up 2. Immediately get out of bed 3. Make your bed 4. No phone!! 5. 5+ minutes of prayer/devotions/meditation 6. 5+ minutes of HIIT cardio (I do a tabata style) 7. COLD shower 8. Eat a nutritious breakfast 9. Write down 3 priority goals for the day 10. Grab your coffee and Begin your day!!
