2 Billion+ people in the world are deficient in some kind of micronutrients-Vitamin D, Calcium, Magnesium…to name a few!
70% of people in the USA are deficient in Vitamin D, 45% are deficient in magnesium.
WHY is this SUCH an important topic?!
Because 50% of Americans have a disease that could have been prevented because of a micronutrient (vitamin & mineral) deficiency.
What happens is that our bodies put our immediate survival over longevity, meaning our bodies will pull what it NEEDS from our body for RIGHT NOW and won’t worry about the damage to our cells that affect us later.
