Do you ever see, hear, or read ads that talk about melting your fat away?? Or you might see in working that something helps you “burn fat,” right?? This is just ONE of the FOUR most common myths that I want to debunk for you today! Doing this kind of stuff makes me excited because it once again reminds us all that we are human-it’s so easy for us to give in to the hype and the “fast-fix” because I mean, who doesn’t want things quickly and easily?? But, if health and fitness was so easy and having a chiseled bod was so quick to get, many more of us would not be suffering the effects of our own bad habits and inability to commit to a better and long-term lifestyle. But it’s not ALL our fault! There is responsibility and there is naivety. So, let me help uncover these myths that you may have inadvertently fallen prey to!!
